Hot damn do I love a good podcast! No lie, I listen to one every morning on my commute. Not quite sure what it is, but I prefer podcasts over music while I’m driving.
When navigating Jersey Drivers, podcasts are a gift from God. Keeps ya sane, keeps ya calm. My playlist goes from beauty, history, gardening, to just people shooting the sugar, honey, ice tea. All top-notch quality!
So I’m going to let you in on my top 10 podcasts I’ve been loving. Like a little look in my lil brain. Enjoy!
- EcoChic– Such a good source of info on sustainability and beauty. I find a lot of my ideas from here. Also, Laura has an M.S in Climate Studies, so she knows what she’s talking about!
- Skincare Talk Radio- Cieloscent is so sweet and calming to listen to! I feel like she’s my aunt in my head. Besides the sweetness, the sheer amount of knowledge she has on skincare is amazing! Check out her site to get even deeper! You’ll love her like I do, promise.
- The Joe the Gardener Show- This show gives you the goods! If you’re just starting gardening or even advanced this is going to be a go-to. Joe is meticulous with his explanations of the science behind topics. But he keeps it entertaining so your eyes don’t gloss over.
- Soulcation Podcast– If Cieloscent is my aunt in my head. Logan Rena is my sister in my head. She tells you what you need to hear with a little love and a gentle boot to the buns. Not gonna lie there have been few times, I’ve shed a tear on my commute. She always gets me going!
- Lizard People- Ohhhhh what can even be said about this show. It’s effing crazy. If you’re conspiracy crazy and like a laugh, you will pee yourself listening to this show! Seriously is Prince Charles a vampire? I don’t know. But there’s a podcast on it and it’s hilarious!
- Green Beauty Conversations- Now this podcast is more on the serious side but it’s interesting to listen to their views on DIY beauty, Green beauty and what it means for everyday consumers! They even have a school of sorts that will teach you how to formulate your own products!
- Epic Gardening: Daily Gardening Tips & Advice- Bite size podcast about Gardening. And yes DAILY! Ya love to see it. I love Kevin’s podcast when I just need a quick how-to. There’s always something interesting to listen to.
- The Gutsy Podcast- Laura!!! Ok If you don’t know Ms. Laura, it’s cool but go listen to her now. She’s such a down to earth lady who speaks to people with compassion about life and business. I love her power back series, its a quick little pick me up on confidence, productivity and all kinds of life experiences.
- Ridiculous History- History nerds unite! Love quirky weird stories about history? Yea? Then go on and subscribe to these guys. I’m a history lover especially the stories that are wild and salacious! The stories here are so strange, that you can’t help but want to know more.
- Stuff they don’t want you to know– Conspiracies galore! Once again do you have a tinfoil hat that you just love? Here’s another one for you. These podcast range from straight-up insane to ones that make your stick tape over you cameras because…shit makes sense
